BELLMODE Returns & Exchanges Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships from our warehouse. To request cancellation, email geralbellmode@gmail.com for confirmation of successful cancellation.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our return process.

  2. Place a new order for your desired item.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains

  • In original sellable condition with all tags attached

  • Packaged in their original packaging

Return Fees & Conditions

  • A $15 handling fee per item will be deducted from your refund.

  • Maximum of 10 returned items per order.

  • Customers cover return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

  • Note: We do not provide return labels. Customs fees paid during delivery are non-refundable.

How to Return

  1. Email geralbellmode@gmail.com to request a return.

  2. Do not send items to the address on your shipping label—wait for our approved return address via email.

  3. Ship your return within 14 days of approval and email the tracking number to geralbellmode@gmail.com.

  4. Include a note with your order number and return reason in the package.

BELLMODE is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

  • Original shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive your return.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.


Important Notes

  • Items must be pristine (no damage, stains, or missing tags).

  • The $15 fee per item applies to all returns.

  • Follow the steps above to ensure a smooth return.
