All BELLMODE products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering:

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Cosmetic imperfections (scratches, dents, etc.)

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

3. How to File a Claim

  1. Contact Us: Email warranty@bellmode.com with your order number and issue details.

  2. Evaluation: We may authorize a return for inspection (a Return Authorization number will be provided).

  3. Resolution: Approved claims result in a repair, replacement (if available), or refund.

4. Warranty Period

The 1-year coverage begins at purchase and cannot be extended by repairs/replacements.

5. Return Process

  • Follow instructions from our team.

  • Include all original packaging and accessories.

6. Resolution Options

For valid claims, we’ll provide:

  • A replacement (subject to stock)

  • Repair

  • Full refund if repair/replacement isn’t possible

7. Liability

BELLMODE’s responsibility is limited to product repair/replacement/refund. We’re not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits or use).
